Basma Kamel – is alumni of the African Presidential Leadership Program (APLP) of Egypt National Training Academy. She was a participant in the first Cairo National Conference for South Sudan’s Youth under the theme “Together for Present and Future South Sudan”.  She studied three tracks of leadership in national security strategies, crisis management and negotiations skills, and decision making at Nasser Higher Military Academy at the College of National Defence. Basma has a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, and a general education diploma at the College of Education.  She studied a Pre-Masters’ Degree in linguistics at the Faculty of Arts and governance at Leadership Institute in Egypt.
